1Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and JKC888 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform", "the Company") governing your access to and use of the JKC888 website at https://jkc888.cam and all associated services, including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, e-sports markets, and instant games (collectively, "the Services").

By creating an account, depositing funds, or using any part of the JKC888 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account. Continued use of JKC888 following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

3Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on JKC888, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. JKC888 strictly prohibits participation by persons under 21 years old.
• You must be a natural person (individuals, not corporations, trusts, or other legal entities).
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident or citizen of any Prohibited Jurisdiction where access to online gaming services is unlawful.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of JKC888 or any of its affiliated companies.
• You must not have been previously excluded from JKC888 or had an account terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You must be acting solely on your own behalf and not as a representative of any third party.

4Account Registration & Security

4.1 Registration Requirements

When creating a JKC888 account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You must update your account information promptly should any details change.

JKC888 operates a strict one account per player policy. Registration of multiple accounts is prohibited. All accounts held by the same individual, household, IP address, or payment method may be treated as duplicate accounts and subject to suspension.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. JKC888 strongly recommends that you:

• Use a strong, unique password not used on any other platform;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available;
• Never share your username or password with any third party;
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared devices.

JKC888 will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security. You must notify JKC888 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

4.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

All players are required to complete KYC verification before making their first withdrawal. JKC888 may request KYC documentation at any point during the account lifecycle. Accepted documents for Malaysian players include a valid MyKad, Driver's Licence, or Passport, accompanied by proof of current residential address (e.g., a recent utility bill from Tenaga Nasional Berhad, Syabas, or a bank statement from Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, or similar) issued within the past three months.

5Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

JKC888 accepts deposits exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following supported payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and direct bank transfers from major Malaysian banks including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong Bank, and others. Cryptocurrency deposits (BTC and USDT) are also accepted at the current exchange equivalent.

The minimum deposit amount is RM30 for most methods. JKC888 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits; however, third-party payment providers may impose their own transaction fees.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Estimated processing times are as follows:

• E-Wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay): Typically under 5 minutes
• DuitNow / FPX bank transfers: Typically 5 to 15 minutes
• Direct bank wire transfer: Typically 15 to 60 minutes

Processing times are estimates only and may vary during peak periods or where additional security review is required. JKC888 reserves the right to delay any withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification or resolution of any account security concern.

5.3 Player Funds

Player funds are held in accounts segregated from JKC888's operational funds. JKC888 does not use player deposits for operational purposes. Players are responsible for any applicable taxes on winnings in accordance with Malaysian law.

6Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotions, free bets, and other incentives offered by JKC888 are subject to the specific terms and conditions of each promotion, in addition to these general bonus terms. In the event of conflict, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

Bonuses are credited to eligible accounts at the sole discretion of JKC888 and may be withdrawn or modified at any time without prior notice. Players must opt in to specific promotions where an opt-in mechanism is provided.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms, all bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are calculated as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., a 35x wagering requirement on a RM100 bonus requires RM3,500 in qualifying bets before withdrawal is permitted).

The following game types contribute toward wagering requirements at the rates below. JKC888 reserves the right to amend contribution rates at any time with notice:

• Slots: 100% contribution
• Live Casino (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack): 10% contribution
• Sports Betting: 50% contribution (qualifying bets only)
• Crash Games & Instant Games: 50% contribution

6.3 Bonus Abuse

JKC888 prohibits any form of bonus abuse, collusion, or exploitation of promotions. This includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using automated software to farm bonus funds, or placing opposing bets across accounts to guarantee profit regardless of game outcome. Any player found to be abusing bonuses will have their bonus funds forfeited, their account suspended, and any withdrawals pending at the time may be reversed.

6.4 Welcome Bonus

New players may be eligible for a welcome bonus upon first deposit. Welcome bonus options vary and are subject to the terms displayed at the time of deposit. Players may select their preferred welcome package at registration. Welcome bonuses are available to new players only, limited to one bonus per player/household/device/IP address.

7Sports Betting Rules

JKC888 offers sports betting markets across a range of events including but not limited to the English Premier League (EPL), Liga Super Malaysia, UEFA Champions League, La Liga, UFC, e-sports tournaments, and various other international sporting events.

7.1 Bet Placement

All bets are accepted at JKC888's absolute discretion. JKC888 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet without providing a reason. Bets are not confirmed until you receive a confirmation notification from the system. JKC888 is not responsible for bets that fail to register due to connectivity issues on the player's end.

7.2 Bet Settlement

Bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant sporting event as determined by JKC888's official data providers. In the event of a dispute, JKC888's decision is final. In-play bets placed after an event has concluded (due to data delay) will be voided.

7.3 Obvious Errors

JKC888 reserves the right to void bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds due to technical errors, human error, or data feed malfunction. Such errors will be corrected as soon as they are identified, and affected players will be notified.

8Casino Game Rules

All casino games available on JKC888, including slots, live dealer tables, virtual table games, and instant games, are operated in accordance with the rules and configurations established by the respective game studios. JKC888 does not manipulate game outcomes; all results are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or live dealer processes as applicable.

Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent long-term statistical averages across many millions of game rounds. Individual session results will vary significantly from the stated RTP. Past results do not influence future outcomes.

In the event of a disconnection mid-game, JKC888's system will apply the standard game rules for the relevant title. If a game round cannot be completed, stakes will be returned to the player's balance in accordance with the game provider's rules.

9Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the JKC888 platform. Breach of this clause may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the JKC888 platform;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform;
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion, or cheating in relation to sports betting or casino games;
• Using the platform for any money laundering or other criminal purpose;
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or glitches in the platform for financial gain;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, modify, or tamper with any part of the JKC888 platform or its underlying technology;
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive behaviour toward JKC888 staff or other players.

10Responsible Gambling

JKC888 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and player welfare. We provide a suite of tools to help players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps at any time from your account dashboard.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you may lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Limit the duration of individual gaming sessions.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic notifications reminding you of your session duration and activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from the platform for a defined period. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

11Intellectual Property

All content on the JKC888 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of JKC888 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit:

• Reproduction, duplication, copying, or exploitation of any portion of the platform for commercial purposes;
• Any systematic extraction or re-utilisation of data from the platform;
• Any use of automated tools to scrape, index, or mirror platform content.

The JKC888 name, logo, and all associated marks are trademarks of the Company. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

12Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JKC888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, arising from or in connection with:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Services;
• Any conduct or content of any third party on or via the Services;
• Unauthorised access to your account as a result of your failure to maintain adequate security;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Services;
• Any technical errors, bugs, viruses, or other harmful code introduced via the platform.

JKC888's aggregate liability to any Player for any and all claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

13Amendments to These Terms

JKC888 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Notice of material changes will be provided to registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the platform homepage no less than seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change, except where immediate modification is required for security, legal compliance, or regulatory reasons.

Your continued use of JKC888 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with the account closure process.

The version date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were last updated. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The most current version of these Terms will always be available at https://jkc888.cam/terms-conditions.

14Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which JKC888 holds its operating licence.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and JKC888, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. Players wishing to raise a formal complaint should contact JKC888's customer support team in writing, setting out the nature of the complaint and the desired resolution. JKC888 will acknowledge all formal complaints within five (5) business days and provide a substantive response within twenty-one (21) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration body under the governing law of the Platform's licence jurisdiction. The language of arbitration shall be English.
